Whether you are seasoned artist or a keen beginner it helps to find a creative kindred spirit or two for sharing ideas, finding inspiration and getting guidance and feedback. The Wednesday drop-in is open to all for drawing, painting, printing, weaving, sticking, stitching, doodling, crafting, card making, dreaming and just being.
Do you need more reasons? There is lots of strong evidence that participating in the arts or having some regular creative practice extends life, improves mental health and positively impacts conditions like dementia.
Mill Street Arts is a warm, friendly and comfortable dedicated arts space, with good light and fully accessible to those with limited mobility. There is no need to book or commit to coming regularly (although you can come every week if you like) just turn up.
Some materials and art equipment are available for your use, or you can bring your own.

Sessions are £5.00 payable on the day by card or cash or BACS.
